Job summary

Club Car Wash is seeking a Crew Leader to guide a fast-paced team at our Memphis locations. You will drive excellent customer service, uphold cleanliness and efficiency, and model the “extra mile” in every interaction.

Leading by example, you will train teammates across experience levels, exceed performance standards, and ensure a fresh, professional appearance while adhering to all club policies and safety rules. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Strong work ethic and team player mindset.
• Ability to enjoy work while outside in varying weather conditions.
• Able to stand on feet for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
