Job summary

Club Car Wash in Loveland, CO is opening a new site and seeking a Crew Leader to guide a dynamic team outdoors in varying weather. You will lead by example, train teammates of different experience levels, and ensure every customer experiences top service with a courteous attitude.

You will wear a professional appearance, follow company rules, and strive to exceed performance standards while promoting a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Strong work ethic and team player mindset.
• Ability to enjoy work while outside in varying weather conditions.
• Able to stand on feet for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment.
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
