Club Car Wash in Alaska is seeking a Crew Leader to lead a fast-paced team, deliver outstanding customer service, and uphold our standards of quality and safety. You will train and support team members at varying experience levels, exceed service expectations, and represent a fresh, professional image at all times.

The role emphasizes urgency with a friendly attitude, and adherence to all rules and policies.

Competenze

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• A strong work ethic and team player mindset
• Ability to enjoy work while outside in varying weather conditions
• Able to stand on feet for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment
• Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
