Job summary

Audi Ontario is seeking an enthusiastic Service Greeter to warmly welcome customers at the service drive and guide them to the right areas. You will assist with valet tasks, prep vehicles for pickup, and provide shuttle service to and from the dealership.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers as they arrive on the service drive, directing them to the appropriate Service Advisor or waiting area.
• Assist with the valet process, including moving, tagging, and organizing customer vehicles.
• Prepare vehicles for customer pickup and delivery, ensuring they are ready, clean, and in the correct location.
• Provide shuttle service for customers to and from the dealership.
• Perform dealership opening duties, including ensuring the customer lounge is clean, presentable, and stocked with coffee, snacks, and other amenities.
• Manage inventory and place orders for coffee, snacks, and lounge supplies.
• Support the service team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
