Spectrum Retirement Communities in Missouri is seeking a friendly Server to create an exceptional dining experience for residents. You will greet guests, take orders, and coordinate with the kitchen and POS system to ensure accuracy and timely service.

This full-time role offers a steady 6am-2:30pm schedule, opportunities to develop customer service skills, and benefits including health and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Requires a positive, friendly attitude toward residents and team members.
• If under 18, must provide schoolwork authorization where applicable.
• Must currently hold or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's Card as required by state regulations.
• Strong customer service presentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables and present menus.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen and use the POS system for accuracy.
• Complete dining room opening/closing duties as required.
