Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a Server for our community restaurant. This Full-Time role focuses on delivering an exceptional dining experience, building relationships with residents, and ensuring top-notch service in a welcoming environment.

You will guide residents, take and relay orders, and work with our modern POS system to ensure accuracy. Health, dental, vision, and other benefits are available for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one.
• Excellent customer service and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables and present menus.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen using the POS system.
• Complete opening and closing dining room duties as required by the community.
