Job summary

Oakmont of Silver Creek, part of Oakmont Management Group, is a premier senior living community in California. The Server role handles dining area service, ensuring a friendly, courteous experience for residents, families, and visitors, with duties around the dining area and kitchen.

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong desire to work with the elderly and meet their needs.
Written and verbal communication with residents, families, and staff.
Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening, including TB tests.
Employer may require vaccination and PPE as per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
Take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS accurately.
Set up and bus down tables.
Adhere to proper serving techniques and etiquette.
Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
Encourage teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
