Sagora Senior Living is hiring a Cook for one of its Mobile-area communities. You will prepare high-quality meals, monitor stock, and keep kitchens clean and organized to meet residents' expectations daily.

The role involves working in a team-focused environment with friendly service, ServSafe and Food Handler certifications, and opportunities for growth within Sagora. Full-time, on-site position in Mobile, Alabama.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• Must possess ServSafe Certification and Food Handler’s permit as regulated by state and local authorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Cook à la carte items for residents.
• Monitor stock and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas.
• Assist with training of Culinary team members and follow established meal preparation methods.
• Serve meals to residents promptly and in a friendly, courteous manner.
