NHC Place Sumner is seeking a Life Enrichment / Recreation Assistant to deliver engaging wellness programs for residents in long term care and memory care settings. You will help design activities, coordinate calendars, and collaborate with care teams to enhance residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated, creative with positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm.
• Must be able to work with family members, partners, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a well-rounded wellness program for Long Term Care, Memory Care or Rehab patients (alternating weekend/holiday hours).
• Timely completion of assessments, care plans and paperwork.
• Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal guidelines regarding programming.
