Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a well-rounded wellness program for long-term care, memory care, or rehab patients.
• Timely completion of assessments, care plans, and paperwork.
• Ensure programming meets local, state and federal guidelines.
• Bringing the “fun” to activities and resident engagement.
• Other duties as assigned.
