MBK Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver for full-time shifts to provide high-quality daily living assistance to residents. You will help with bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility while maintaining safety, dignity, and personalized care plans.

The role emphasizes compassionate service, teamwork, and compliance with policies. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and current First Aid/CPR certifications; state requirements may add Medication Management certification.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications (Medication Management if state requires).
• Food Handler’s Card is preferred; Nurses Aid Certification preferred where state allows.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals).
• Provide safe transfers and mobility assistance for residents.
• Monitor resident safety and report changes promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and laundry tasks for residents and community.
• Support program activities and engagement for residents.
