Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Full-Time Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, meals and mobility, in a compassionate, safety-conscious environment.

You will follow care plans, document observations, and collaborate with a dedicated team focused on quality service, resident dignity, and well-being across our western communities. Training and career development are available, with a strong commitment to equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older and have the proper work authorization.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Nurses Aide certification is preferred.
• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Background clearances as required by regulations.
• Must be able to lift 40+ pounds and push 150 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Daily Living Activities including bathing, grooming, hygiene and meals.
• Follow care plans to ensure proper care and support.
• Maintain resident dignity and high level of customer service.
• Document information and report changes to supervisor.
• Respond promptly to resident alerts and emergencies.
