Job summary

Navion Senior Solutions is seeking a compassionate PCA or RCA for Gates House in Kentucky to provide hands-on daily living support and build meaningful relationships with residents. This full-time role offers opportunities across all shifts and emphasizes teamwork and high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

Assist residents with ADLs and mobility per care plan.
Strong communication with residents and family; compassionate bedside manner.
Ability to document care and report changes to supervisors.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care.
Prepare residents for meals, snacks and activities.
Assist residents in dining room including serving meals and clearing tables.
Respond to resident emergency call system.
Observe, document and report changes in residents’ condition to the RN or care coordinator.
Communicate with residents and family members in a polite, professional manner.
Maintain required resident care documentation per state regulations and Navion policies.
Transport residents when required.
