Job summary
Navion Senior Living's Gates House Assisted Living and Memory Care in Gatesville, NC is hiring Personal Care Aides (PCA) or Resident Care Aides (RCA) to provide compassionate daily resident care.
This full-time role offers shifts 7a-3p and 11p-7a, supports activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and documentation, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications
- Must have State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
- CPR certification preferred but not required.
- High level of empathy and patience for seniors.
- Ability to perform daily living activities and document care.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
- Support personal hygiene and feeding needs.
- Record food intake and urinary/fecal output as directed.
- Maintain HIPAA privacy and confidential resident information.
- Follow care plans and coordinate with nurses and physicians.
- Demonstrate infection control and safety procedures.
- Communicate with residents, families, and team members compassionately.
