Navion of Cotswold is seeking a caring PCA or RCA who is dependable and passionate about helping seniors feel comfortable, supported and at home. If you’re patient, compassionate and have a big heart for serving others, you’ll fit right in with our team as you provide hands-on care and build meaningful relationships with residents.

This is a full-time opportunity on the 1st shift to join a great team dedicated to high-quality daily living support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties in service to residents
• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfer and mobility
• Prepare residents for meals, snacks and activities
• Assist residents in dining room including serving meals and clearing tables
• Respond to resident emergency call system
• Observe, document and report changes to residents’ condition to care staff
• Communicate with residents and family members in a polite, professional manner
• Maintain required resident care documentation per state regulations and Navion policies
• Transport residents when required
