Job summary

Allied Universal in District Heights, MD is seeking a Security Officer for full-time store patrol. You will monitor and patrol financial institution locations, provide exemplary customer service, and maintain a visible security presence.

Qualifications include 1 year of security experience, HS diploma, and ability to pass background checks and a drug screen. CPR certification is preferred and a valid driver’s license may be required for some roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide security to clients, visitors, and employees by following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas of the location.
• Monitor access points and deter unauthorized activity and policy violations.
• Document observations and patrol activities per site requirements.
