Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• 18+ years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services to employees, visitors, and vendors by following procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols at the financial services location and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points and deter unauthorized access per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation protocols.
• Document patrols and incidents for leadership and supervision.
