Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer full time in Manassas, VA, to monitor sites, deter incidents and provide customer service. The role requires a DoD Secret Clearance and 2+ years of security experience, plus readiness to undergo background checks and a drug screen.

Responsibilities include access control, incident response, and routine patrols, with hours spanning days and nights. CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred to enhance on-site safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• CPR certification preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background checks as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local regulations.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter.
