Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer with DoD Secret clearance for a site in MANASSAS, VA. The role involves patrolling aerospace/defense locations, providing professional customer service, and maintaining security logs while supporting site operations with integrity.

Qualifications

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of aerospace and defense business areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity.
Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry when required, and maintain accurate security-related logs and reports.
Assist with protection of sensitive business operations and information by reporting policy violations, hazards, and suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
