Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures and related activities.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, contractors, deliveries, and vehicles entering or leaving the property.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, vehicle, and delivery logs in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, the business, perimeter, and designated industrial work areas to identify unauthorized activity or conditions needing attention.
