• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, the business, perimeter, and designated industrial work areas to identify unauthorized activity or conditions needing attention.

As a Security Officer Full Time Electronic Entry Driver in West Memphis, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Security Professional at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help maintain a secure environment by managing access, verifying credentials, monitoring entry points, and supporting visitors and employees with exceptional customer service. You will use technology to document activity, communicate clearly, and help deter security-related incidents. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial construction location.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, contractors, deliveries, and vehicles entering or leaving the property.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, vehicle, and delivery logs in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, the business, perimeter, and designated industrial work areas to help identify unauthorized activity or conditions requiring attention.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
