Securitas is seeking a Customer Service Security Officer in Scottsdale, AZ to maintain a safe environment by monitoring premises, managing access control, and patrolling diverse sites. You will enforce regulations for client sites and assist employees and visitors with information and directions.

The role requires strong customer service, independent work, and the ability to stay calm in stressful situations. Full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay calm during stressful situations.
