Securitas USA is seeking a Customer Service Security Officer to join our Scottsdale site. In this full-time role, you will monitor premises, manage access control, and patrol diverse client locations while enforcing site directives and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and guests.
• Utilize security technology devices during shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out tasks of similar nature for assigned site.
