Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for Full Time Driver Service Operations in Fairfax, VA. You will monitor, patrol, and protect retail/mall locations while driving as required, maintaining a visible presence and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail and mall locations, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to help deter unauthorized entry, theft-related activity, and other policy violations.
• Report observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns in accordance with site procedures.
