Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Experienced Driver in Santa Cruz, CA to serve government and other clients. You will perform vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence, and respond professionally to site needs while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license as per Allied Universal policy.
• Handcuffs, pepper spray, and baton experience preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while following site policies.
• Respond to incidents and inquiries in a calm, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.
• Complete incident reports and logs accurately and promptly.
