Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Badge Issuance Driver in Sulphur, LA, to manage site entry at a chemical/petrochemical location, verify credentials, monitor access, and support security operations with professional communication and customer service.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license and prior security or law enforcement experience; you will use technology to document activity, perform patrols, and respond calmly to incidents while upholding Allied Universal's

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• 1 year of law enforcement experience, or 2 years of security-related supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by enforcing security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials and processing visitors.
• Communicate access requirements and site procedures to employees and visitors.
• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
