Job summary

The Colony Bay Club in Bonita Springs, FL is seeking a seasonal full-time bartender to join Troon’s hospitality team. You will craft beverages in an upscale, private-community setting and create memorable guest experiences through personalized service.

Responsibilities include stocking and serving drinks, assisting with inventory, developing seasonal cocktails, handling POS transactions, and supporting catered events with high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems (POSITOUCH and MICROS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar, mix and serve beverages; assist in inventory and cost control.
• Assist with seasonal cocktails and menu development.
• Assist with social media scheduling and content creation for the department.
• Maintain inventory control and monitor alcohol and food products.
• Operate POS system and handle cash transactions.
• Open and close duties including inventory and cleaning.
• Serve catered parties from service or portable bars.
