Job summary

Stavis Seafoods, a Profand Company, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to build relationships with new customers and grow sales of fresh and frozen seafood. You will market products, negotiate terms, and expand the customer base while maintaining existing accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of proven sales experience in seafood, strong knowledge of species and market dynamics, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven experience in Sales (fresh & frozen seafood products: finfish, cephalopods, groundfish, crabmeat, lobster, shellfish, among other species).
• Deep knowledge of the product, business and industry.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new customers.
• Effectively market seafood products (fresh and frozen) to potential customers.
• Negotiate prices and terms, and prepare sales agreements.
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients, while promoting new offerings.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Easily assess customer needs and issues.
• Meet & exceed company sales objectives.
