Job summary

Pacific Seafood in Dallas is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Distribution-Sales team. This role develops customer accounts, writes orders, and drives growth by expanding existing relationships and introducing new products.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years in restaurant management, retail, or perishable food sales, and the ability to travel up to 75%. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or comparable professional experience.
• 3-5 years restaurant management, retail, or perishable food sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license; travel up to 75% of the time.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new customers, and increase demand for existing accounts.
• Increase sales through additional line-item placements.
• Generate leads independently and ensure thorough follow-up on provided accounts.
• Initiate and control sales processes with new clients.
