Job summary

Compass Group USA at Mount Pisgah Christian School in Alpharetta, GA is hiring for a full-time Prep Cook. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with a focus on food preparation and customer service.

Responsibilities include following production schedules, preparing items per recipes, HACCP compliance, serving meals, and maintaining safety standards. Previous service line or salad prep experience preferred; benefits include free meals, uniforms and laundering at select locations.

Qualifications

• Previous service line, salad prep, prep and cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and HACCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and prepare items per recipes.
• Prepare items on production sheets with correct quantities.
• Taste meals for quality and maintain daily logs and waste sheets.
• Operate and clean equipment after use.
• Store, label and date all food items per policy and HACCP rules.
• Take customer orders and serve at multiple stations.
• Ensure proper serving temperatures and portion control.
• Resolves customer concerns and performs other duties as assigned.
