Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use; perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items; maintain organized storage of dry, refrigerated and frozen goods.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Assist in maintaining accurate daily production records and completes required documentation and logs.
• Assist in cross training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
