Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and prep requirements from Chef.
• Prepare items per production sheets and recipes.
• Tastes and ensures quality of meals.
• Operate and clean equipment after use.
• Store, label and date items; follow HACCP guidelines.
• Assist with taking customer orders and serving.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in accordance with regulations.
