Job summary

FISD (Flik Independent School Dining) in Alpharetta, GA is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time PREP COOK positions. The role involves preparing foods according to recipes, following schedules, and serving meals to students and staff.

You will work Friday through Thursday, with shifts from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Previous experience preferred; coats, aprons, meals and parking are included.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred.
• Follows HACCP guidelines.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced school dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Store, label and date all food items per policy.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and health regulations.
• Take orders and prepare items with short lead times.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
