Colonial School District is seeking a full-time Custodian at William Penn to perform custodial duties and ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for students and staff. The role reports to the Building Chief and follows a 12-month work year with a 3pm–1am schedule on weekdays.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, flexibility for shift changes, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in extreme temperatures. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be flexible for shift changes with 72-hour advance notice.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in extreme temperatures.
• Able to read, write, and communicate professionally with staff.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Clean floors, walls, and fixtures throughout the building.
• Maintain and repair furniture as needed.
• Clean kitchen and cafeteria areas and related equipment.
• Assist in snow removal and other building maintenance tasks.
• Attend work consistently as an essential duty.
