Job summary

Montpelier Roxbury Public Schools (MRPS) has an immediate vacancy for a full-time Custodian/Maintenance employee. This position works for the entire district and performs work at Montpelier High School, Main Street Middle School and Union Elementary School.

Working as a member of the custodial team, performs custodial duties as well as maintenance and repairs. This role primarily runs 6am to 2:30pm, with hours subject to district needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior custodial experience is a plus.
• Must be able to relate well to school community and public.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily maintenance and cleanliness of district facilities.
• Perform maintenance and repairs as assigned by the Director of Facilities.
• Work to support Montpelier High School, Main Street Middle School and Union Elementary School.
