Job summary

St. John’s Lutheran School in Marysville, Ohio, is seeking a dedicated custodian to maintain clean, safe church and school facilities. You will report to the Facilities Manager and perform daily cleaning tasks across classrooms, cafeteria, gym, and office spaces.

Requirements include a high school or trade school diploma (preferred), valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and background checks (BCI/FBI). This is a full-time, on-site position with immediate starting date.

Qualifications

• High School or Trade School diploma preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum & mop floors daily in classrooms, cafeteria, gym, and office areas.
• Empty trash daily in all areas and perform dusting as needed.
• Dusting as needed and windows cleaning where required.
• Clean and disinfect toilets daily; replace paper products.
• Must pass and complete BCI II / FBI background check.
