Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support elementary and middle school students in the Fontana area. This full-time contract role requires collaboration with school teams to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and track progress.

The ideal candidate will have BCBA certification and at least one year of school-based BCBA experience, with strong coaching and communication skills to guide multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential (BCBA).
• At least 1 year of BCBA experience in a school setting.
• Commitment to full-time work (40 hours/week).
• Strong communication and coaching skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to design, implement, and oversee behavioral plans for K-8 students.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' behavioral needs and design individualized intervention plans.
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral services in elementary and middle schools.
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to support progress and fidelity of interventions.
• Conduct regular data collection and analysis to evaluate program effectiveness and guide adjustments.
• Facilitate training for school staff on best practices in behavioral support.
• Support the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.
