Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or ABA Therapist for a contract role at a vibrant school near Wilmington, Delaware. You will collaborate with administration and guide behavioral interventions to support student success.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating data-driven plans, training teachers, and monitoring progress. This role presents a pathway as the Dean of Behavior as the district expands leadership in school-based behavioral programs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience as an ABA Therapist in a school setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis and evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic school environment.
• Passion for helping students succeed socially and academically.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and create data-driven intervention plans.
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support students’ social-emotional growth.
• Provide direct ABA therapy and guidance for students with behavioral challenges.
• Offer training and consultation to teachers regarding effective behavioral strategies.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain documentation.
• Support school leadership in shaping and evaluating student behavior programs.
• Contribute insights as programs evolve with the upcoming Dean of Behavior role.
