Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and oversee behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with classroom staff to implement ABA-based interventions and monitor progress.
• Provide training and ongoing support to teachers, aides, and other team members, building ABA knowledge in the school community.
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare progress reports for administration and families.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for student support and behavior-related programming.
• Support school-wide positive behavior initiatives and contribute to a safe, inclusive school environment.
• Remain adaptable for potential leadership responsibilities as more information about the Dean of Behavior role becomes available.
