Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in Lake Tahoe seeks a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team.

The SLP will evaluate students, develop IEP goals, and provide direct and indirect therapy to support communication, social development, and academic success. The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers, families, and administrators, with documentation, IEP participation, AAC support, and progress monitoring.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CA SLP license required or ability to obtain ESA or license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Support AAC implementation and other communication strategies when appropriate.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
