Job summary

RXinsider LTD. seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based, full-time role in North Highlands, CA. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student success.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, California licensure, and CCC-SLP is preferred. Prior pediatric/school-based experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in pediatric/school-based settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with physicians, educators, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and home programs.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
