Qualifications

• Experience in a school setting is preferred but enthusiastic new graduates welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Document services, progress notes, and maintain student records according to school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as an active member of the multidisciplinary team
• Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
• Adapt therapeutic interventions to diverse student needs
