Job summary

Pacific Coast Speech Services, A Member of Point Quest Group, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based position in King County, CA for the 2026-2027 year. You will assess students, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to help improve communication within IEP goals.

The role offers CEU/license reimbursement, full-year benefits, a 401(k) match, and a mentorship program with live CEUs. DOJ/FBI Live Scan and TB clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized assessments to determine eligibility and functioning level.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide direct speech therapy aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support skill generalization.
• Maintain therapy notes, data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including supervision hours.
