Job summary

Sage Connections, LLC is hiring a full-time W-2 Behavior Technician to support K-12 students in the school setting for the 2025-2026 school year. This role offers a meaningful, valued position with a team that supports your success.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, mobility, feeding, and hygiene; supporting students in class and during activities; documenting services; promoting safety and independence; and collaborating with educators, therapists, and nurses.

Qualifications

• Requires 48 college credits OR high school diploma with competency assessment in reading and math.
• RBT certification must be obtained within one year of hire.
• CPR current if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with daily living activities, mobility, feeding, and hygiene needs.
• Support students in the classroom and during school activities.
• Follow care plans and behavior support strategies as directed by staff or medical teams.
• Document services and share observations with the support team.
• Promote student safety, independence, and dignity.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and nurses to meet student needs.
