Job summary

Sage Connections, LLC is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician to support K–12 students in an on-site school setting in Idaho for the 2025–2026 year. The role offers 30–40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, ASAP through May 2026, with a supportive team and a mission-driven culture.

You will assist students with daily living and classroom activities, following care plans and collaborating with educators, therapists, and nurses to ensure safety, independence, and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Possess Idaho Standard Instruction Certificate or qualify for IDAPA 08.02.02 endorsement, or a relevant bachelor’s degree with related credits.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with daily living activities, mobility, feeding, and hygiene needs.
• Support students in the classroom and during school activities.
• Follow care plans and behavior support strategies as directed by staff or medical teams.
• Document services and share observations with the support team.
• Promote student safety, independence, and dignity.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and nurses to meet student needs.
