Job summary

Sage Connections is hiring full-time W-2 Behavior Technicians to support K–12 students in school settings for the 2026–2027 school year. The role offers a collaborative team environment and dedicated support to help you succeed in delivering applied behavior analysis services.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or ability to obtain per contract/state requirements)
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in behavioral studies or related field preferred
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Current CPR/First Aid certification, if applicable
• Comply with all applicable professional, ethical, federal, state, and local requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist students with daily living activities, mobility, feeding, and hygiene needs
• Support students in the classroom and during school activities
• Follow care plans and behavior support strategies as directed by staff or medical teams
• Document services and share observations with the support team
• Promote student safety, independence, and dignity
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and nurses to meet student needs
