TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time American Sign Language Interpreter (ASL) for a school-based position in Centennial, Colorado for the 2026-2027 school year. The role is on-site, approx.

38-40 hours per week, with guaranteed hours and collaboration with the school district and TheraPeds Partners. You will provide ASL-English interpretation across classrooms and meetings, support Deaf and Hard of Hearing students’ access to instruction, and work with Teachers of the Deaf, special

Qualifications

• ASL and English fluency with strong receptive and expressive skills.
• EIPA score 3.5+ per Colorado requirements.
• Written assessment/testing completed; documentation to Colorado Dept of Education (CDE) as applicable.
• RID certification preferred; ITP/ASL-English interpreting program preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; K-12 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ASL-English interpretation during classroom instruction and school activities.
• Interpret communication between students, teachers, peers, and school personnel.
• Support access to academic instruction, classroom discussions, and school-sponsored activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries in accordance with policy.
• Collaborate with Deaf and Hard of Hearing staff, families, and related teams.
