Job summary

Aspen School District is seeking an ASL Interpreter to support Student Services for the 2026-27 school year in Aspen, Colorado. The role involves direct interpretation for students and collaboration with teachers to implement instructional programs.

Qualifications

• ASL-English Interpreting Certificate is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist student(s) with interpreting and communication using basic American Sign Language.
• Facilitate ASL communication for students.
• Collaborate with site principals, teachers, and related staff to plan and implement assignments per IEP goals.
