• Prepare hourly census reports and counsel staff on absenteeism/tardiness.
• Coordinate employment processes: prescreening, interviews, references, hiring notifications, orientation.
• Set up associate personnel files and maintain records.
• Assist with nursing duties as needed and maintain professional communication.
