• Performs daily, weekly, and monthly sanitation tasks (Master Cleaning Schedule).
• Follow all sanitation safety and food safety guidelines.
• Support Production CIP(s).
• Complete all associated documents related to tasks per facility requirements.
• Work with chemicals to complete cleaning.
• Operate PIT equipment.
• Operate cleaning equipment.
• Taste test products as needed, up to a couple of ounces per test.
